Shipping Information and Return Policy
By purchasing our products, you agree to follow the shipping and return policy guidelines below:
We do not charge VAT. We strive to make your purchase as easy and pleasant as possible, so we have one flat shipping rate of £6.95 for all purchases from us. So no matter the size of the item or the weight, or if you want to purchase multiple items, the flat rate does not change.
Products in stock will be shipped promptly, usually within 3-5 business days, unless requested otherwise.
We will ship using UPS Ground service. Sometimes we may elect to use Royal Mail at our discretion.
We ship all over the world - for costumers outside the UK, please contact us by phone or email to get a quote.
Due to the nature of our handmade products, dimensions, details and/or colors may vary. Natural variations in products are not considered damages.
In the event that you need to return any product due to damage, please call +44 07825837038 or email us at info@instylemarrakech.com within 24 hours of receipt to first get a confirmation and authorization. DO NOT discard the original packaging.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damages should first be reported to the carrier and then to us via phone or email. DO NOT return any merchandise to us without a return authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
We will refund the full purchase price LESS shipping costs and restocking fees if applicable.
All products purchased online or at the showroom should be returned within 24 hours of receipt for a refund or within 7 days for store credit. All returned items should be in the original packaging and condition which it was received.
All special or custom orders, promotional sales (discounts, sale, free shipping, etc.) are final and are not returnable or refundable.
All returns on purchases made with a credit card are subject to a up to 7.00 % Merchant transaction processing fee.
A 15% restocking fee will apply on all returned items except those items returned due to damage during shipping.
